Bringing this ambitious concept to life visually required a comprehensive process combining drone surveys, 3D modeling, architectural rendering, and experience-driven storytelling:
Where emptiness once carved deep scars, MIND envisions paths, public walkways, and structures that follow the terrain never imposing, always listening to the landscape.
Inactive since 2011, following the passing of the Protected Landscape Law, the quarry now offers a canvas for thoughtful transformation. With spaces for tourism, a small inn, and carefully integrated residential development, the project seeks not only to inhabit the land but to honor it.
For this project, we meticulously collected and analyzed terrain data to support the planning and visualization phases. Using a drone equipped with a high-resolution camera and GPS, we conducted several aerial surveys of the area. By flying the drone in a pre-programmed grid pattern, we captured overlapping geotagged images that ensured complete terrain coverage.
These images were then processed using photogrammetry software, to generate a detailed 3D model of the landscape. The software identifies common points across the images to create a dense point cloud, from which a digital surface model (DSM), digital terrain model (DTM), and textured 3D mesh can be derived. This allowed us to visualize elevation, contours, and environmental features with high accuracy and use the data for further planning, design, or simulation.
A venue with 2 multipurpose halls and a restaurant.
Estimated Investment: USD 41,400,000.
An exclusive helicopter landing pad ensures fast and direct access for VIP guests and executives, seamlessly integrating private transport into the complex. Adjacent to it, the open-air theatre offers a versatile space for cultural performances, outdoor events, and community gatherings, blending architecture with the natural surroundings to create a truly immersive experience.
Such projects as Mind demand more than beautiful visuals—they require clarity, strategy, and a deep understanding of how architecture communicates vision.
