IRIES is built on Iryna’s idea to hands-on marketing and design experience and building design systems end-to-end across platforms. She has managed projects across exhibitions and showrooms, creating 3D design alongside all supporting materials, from product and furniture development to catalogues, websites, and social media campaigns — including the copywriting that ties it all together. Iryna is skilled in presentations, with experience in public speaking and developing investor decks that clarify value and drive confidence.

She also brings strong videography expertise, working with professional cameras, drones, and editing to produce cinematic visuals that enrich brand storytelling. By applying psychology to communication, she ensures complex ideas become relatable, memorable, and actionable.

With IRIES, the team not only delivers incredible 3D results but also ensures they support company goals and extend beyond visuals — saving clients time, money, and effort.

Wilfredo is our 3D design lead. He brings deep technical expertise in 3D modeling and animation, covering architecture, products, characters, and environments with tools such as 3ds Max, ZBrush, and Marvelous Designer.

His rendering and lighting expertise in V-Ray and Corona Renderer consistently delivers photorealistic results, while his proficiency in compositing, editing, and post-production ensures every frame is polished and impactful. Just as importantly, these skills give him the ability to guide and assemble the right specialists for each project — from modelers to post-production artists — ensuring the workflow runs smoothly and the creative vision is carried through at every stage.

By combining deep technical knowledge with leadership, he creates a collaborative environment where each team member’s strengths contribute to producing cinematic, high-quality results.
